Seth Thomas Tower Clock No. 5: complete with 2 dials. 8 day movement. Name plate carries date Dec.12, 1892 and number 740 with the name A.H. Hotchkiss. The clock was place in the Stephens Building in Columbia Missouri in 1893.
The base is 57″ T x 28″ W x 24″ D. The pendulum is 4′ L with a 75lb. Ball. Two dials with it are 55 1/2″ W.
(One dial has been repainted and the pendulum rod is replacement.)
Clock is in working condition.

Early 16th Century Wrought Iron Tower Clock. Clock has a wrought iron bird cage frame with keyed through tenon construction, fancy scrolled corbels and spire points at the peak of the corner posts; weight driven movement has a verge escapement with foliot balance at the top with crown wheel, the 3 train movement has an quarter hour strike with governor fly wheel assembly on the front and back and hour count wheel strike. Movement does not have hands, weights or pulleys and is missing 2 tenon wedges. Movement measures 32 in. high x 27 in. wide x 32 in. deep. On a rough cut 4×4 wood stand with pegged construction measuring 25 in. high x 27 in. wide x 25 in. deep.

An 18th century German Tower clock. Iron weight driven time and strike movement with turned wooden frame. Movement cleaned, and fitted on a matching stand, lacks weights, later bell and hands added to the top section. 86″ high overall.

A 19th century American Tower clock. Weight driven time only movement with Dennison double three legged gravity escapement, Iron plates and gears. Mounted on a new iron stand with an electric winding motor. Running condition, restored rear plate, some repairs, no dial or hands. Movement is 48″ high, 71″ including the stand.
Condition
