Seth Thomas 1 Weight Hanging Regulator: not identified, it has an 12″ dial that is very clean and may not be original. In a mahogany case with a storage compartment below the pendulum. With a crank style key. The pendulum and weight are original.
(The dark stain looks original and has some scuff marks.)

Seth Thomas Hanging Regulator No.3: 8 day time only weight driven movement with a 14 1/2″ dial. In a walnut and veneer case.
(The veneer around the door is in rough condition. The 2 drop finials are missing from the door, also the very bottom trim boards. The dial is original and has some paint loss. The weight hangs off center. There are added holes in the backboard.)
