Seth Thomas Parlor Calendar No. 1 Double Dial Clock 10 in. painted metal dial, black Roman hour numerals & signed with Seth Thomas logo, Patented Dec. 28, 1875, spade hands, lower 10 in. dial with Arabic 31 date numbers, cut out month & day apertures. 8 day, weight driven movement signed – S. Thomas, Thomaston, Conn. U.S.A. – has pierced brass plates, count wheel half hour strike mechanism & coiled gong, brass covered pendulum bob; lower calendar mechanism with original cylinders and paper labels. Calendar and clock mechanisms are both in good working condition. In a rosewood case with arched top and wood bezels around the door glasses. Good condition and original finish has minor veneer flaking. 33 in. high x 17 in. wide x 4 in. deep.

Seth Thomas Double Dial Parlor Calendar Clock No.1. 8 in. paper time dial with black Roman hour numerals and pierced hands; has an 8 day brass lyre shaped, weight driven movement, signed “S. Thomas, Plymouth Conn. U.S.A.”, count wheel half hour strike mechanism with coiled gong, round iron side weights and brass covered pendulum bob. 8 in. lower calendar dial has a 31 date calendar with apertures exposing the month and day cylinders, signed “Southern Calendar Clock Co. St. Louis, MO. Time and calendar mechanisms are in good running condition, paper dials are replaced and cylinder papers are replaced. In a rosewood case with arched top, inset panels and round wood bezels around the dial glasses. 33 in. high x 16 in. wide x 5 in. deep.
