Seth Thomas City Series Chicago. 8 in. dial with black Roman hour numerals, open center with brass alarm indicator disc, has some inpaiting and loss to dial, blued spade hands; spring driven movement No. 6 1/4, signed – S. Thomas, Plymouth, Conn. U.S.A. count wheel strike mechanism, brass covered pendulum bob, coiled gong and separate spring and steel bell for alarm strike. Rosewood case has an arched top with half columns on the front, round door glass is reverse painted with pink roses on a black background, paper label in back of case, has an original finish.17.5 in. high.

Seth Thomas Chicago Rosewood Veneered City Clock with 8 day time and strike, a 6″ metal dial and the original label inside. Decorated with game birds on the lower portion of the door. Clock is running at this time.

Seth Thomas City Series Shelf Clock, “Chicago”: Has a marked metal dial with Roman numerals; in a rosewood veneer case with ebony trim and a good interior paper label; the reverse painted lower glass door has a hat with Brown-Eyed Susans, grapes and cherries; has the pendulum.
