Description

Produced by Seth Thomas Clocks, of Thomaston, Connecticut, a division of General Time Corporation, this is the Helmsman -B ship’s clock and barometer set in brass, complete with original wood & brass stand. Seth Thomas Catalog number 1606. Model number E537-001. Very good condition overall. Stand has appropriate wear from instrument movement and removal, along with expected shelf wear. Stand measures approximately 2.5″ x 4″ x 19″ Each instrument is designed to be mounted on a flat surface or displayed in the stand. The barometer is in excellent working condition with some minor wear and scratching on the underside from being in the stand. Measures approximately 9″ x 3″ The clock portion of this set is in equal condition and measurement. The decorative ships wheel part of the clock is missing one decorative knob, as shown.
