Canadian. 1910s. Oak. 8-day spring driven time and strike movement. Strikes on a helical gong. Dial marked, "The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co., Berlin, Canada" lower edge. Paper underneath. Original finish. Replacement dial. No cracks or splits to the case. Correct pendulum inside. This clock was running at the time of cataloguing, but its service history is unknown. Oak “gingerbread” pressed wood case. This example features the rarer stamped metal dial. Retains partial label, detached within case. Dial stamped “Pequegnat”. Movement signed, “Pequegnat Clock Co, Berlin ON” 21.5″ x 14″ x 4″. Original finish exhibits fine uniform craze. Fine horizontal grain splits pass through the upper quarter of the case. Original glass. Mechanism complete with correct pendulum assembly and winding key.

Dial marked, “The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co., Berlin, Canada”. 21.5″ x 14″ x 4″. Original finish exhibits heavy uniform craze. Lithographed tin dial exhibits light active flaking. Minor separation at lower right door frame joint. Mechanism complete with correct pendulum assembly and winding key.

Rare. Dial signed, “The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co, Berlin, Canada”. Full reproduction paper label is affixed to centre rear door, marked, “Galt Mantel Clock Made By The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co. Berlin, Canada”. A paper seal is affixed to the paper label sold by “J. Pequegnat & Sons Jewellers Guelph, Ontario.”. 7.5″ x 15″ x 10.75″. Quarter cut oak case has its original finish. The painted metal dial has minor scratches in the lower quarter at the 4 and 8. Mechanism complete with pendulum assembly and winding key.

Quarter cut oak case. The “Milton” model is found in three versions, known to collectors as Versions A,B, & C. This is the Milton “B”. Dial is signed “The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co., Berlin, Canada”. Movement is signed, “Pequegnat Clock Co Berlin, Ont”. Full paper label attached to the rear lower quarter, marked “Milton Mantel Clock Made By The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co. Full paper label attached to the interior base marked, “Mantel Clock Oxford Made By The Arthur Pequegnat Clock Co. Berlin, Canada.” A number has been engraved on the lower left quarter of the movement. 5.5″ x 17.5″ x 10.75″. Refinished. Dial exhibits minor porcelain loss surrounding the right winding hole. Mechanism complete with correct pendulum assembly and winding key.
