In a round gallery style case with bezel hinged at the top and original allover gilt finish having some touchup. 24 in. dia. x 6.5 in. deep.

Seth Thomas 30 Day Round Gallery Clock NR

Description

Seth Thomas 30 day Round Gallery Clock, time only, spring driven, 24″ painted dial and a mahogany case. This a 100% original condition clock was purchased from a catholic priest in Illinois around 1980 by Gene Harris and has hung in the auction gallery here in Marshalltown, Iowa ever since. Many of those who have come to our auctions for the past 25 years have admired the clock. Gene will turn 80yrs old this year and said he would like to see it sell. The clock has been well taken care of and serviced regularly and has never failed to run and keep time. The case has a light crazing as well as a painted dial. Inside bezel edge still retains the gold gilded paint, some minor flakes of paint around the winders.
