A mid 20th century miniature Waltham Presentation Banjo clock. 8-day time only movement with a painted dial and Arabic numerals. Mahogany case with Brass Eagle finial and side arms, original reverse painted throat glass and lower glass depicting Mount Vernon. Very rare miniature key wind (from bottom) Waltham Banjo Clock. Very hard size to find, bust of George Washington on neck, Mt. Vernon painted on glass, eagle finial. Very similar miniature version of the clock in lot 31A. Has some leading that has come off, but owner saved it, so can be repaired. Has tag marked “Waltham 8 day, 1926 model, 7 jewel mini banjo case. Mfg. 1926, Reverse painting Geo. Washington, picture of home on pendulum r.” All original, measures approx. 20″ tall.

Mahogany case with artichoke finial, original reverse painted throat flanked by shaped Brass side arms and lower glass depicting an outdoor scene with a Castle and Fisherman.
