Hopkins & Alfred 30 Hour Wood Works Clock: mahogany case with stenciled crest and half columns with carved wood feet. Time and bell striking, weight driven movement. Good interior labels. The lower glass plate is signed WL Gable 1983. This clock is circa 1835 and runs smoothly.

Hopkins & Alfred Wood Works Shelf Clock: weight driven time with wire gong strike and wood 10″ dial. In a plain mahogany case; both glasses are original. A legible label is inside, extra holes have been added to the backboard.

Hopkins & Alfred Wood Works Shelf Clock: 8 day; weight driven wood works with bell strike and no dial. The case has stacked columns and an original stenciled splat. Made of mahogany and veneer. The interior label is good.
(The case’s columns have been repainted and with lost veneer. The mirror is spotty and looks like an old replacement. There are no weights.)

Hopkins & Alfred Wood Works Shelf Clock: weight driven, bell strike, legible interior label and original glass plates. The wood dial is 10″ wide and original also. The case has paw feet, stenciled columns and splat; made of mahogany and veneer.
(One toe on both feet are chipped. The strike does not activate. The veneer strip between the glass plates has some separations. The mirror is deteriorating.)

Hopkins & Alfred Wood Works Shelf Clock: weight driven, bell strike, 10″ wood dial. Good interior label. In a mahogany and veneer case with paw feet, stenciled columns and splat. Weights, pendulum and key are with it. The label states this clock was sold by Thomas Moses of Wolcottville, Conn.
(No glass, no hands. The door has some veneer loss and needs some repair. The wood finish and paint are original and showing wear. One foot is chipped, some dial paint is missing; needs new wood inside to support the dial. Not running.)

Alfred Lowrey Wood Works OG “Extra” Clock: With a T&S wooden works movement and a paper on wood dial. The mahogany veneer case has a paper print of the Prodigal Son in the lower door. There is an interior label. The key, pendulum and weights are with the clock.
Alfred Lowrey was from Bristol, Conn. and produced wooden works clocks in the 1840’s.
Not tested.
