Silvered dial signed ÂHerschedes has a 4.5 in. chapter ring with applied brass hour numbers, incised filigree design, fancy pierced hands & Chime/Silent switch. Quality brass spring driven movement signed ÂHerschedes, CincinnatiÂ, numbered 68707, platform lever escapement is signed ÂRecta Watch Co., Swiss, 11 Jewels and is in good running condition; quarter hour Westminster strike 5 on straight gongs. In an original mahogany beehive case with beveled door glass, carved gothic leaf finials and turned corner columns on the front. In good original finish and condition, movement is running, clock chimes Westminster on the quarter hour. 12.5 in. high x 9.25 in. wide x 6.5 in. deep.

US.; brass spring driven movement has an hour strike on a coiled gong and brass covered pendulum bob, movement signed J.C. Brown, Forestville, Conn. and partial paper label in the back of the case. In a rosewood beehive case with ripple carved front and reverse painted tablet. In good condition with a clean original finish, has a minor repair to the upper bezel beside the door hinge. 15.5 in. high x 9 in. wide x 3.5 in. deep.

Dial has a 7 in. silvered chapter ring with black incised design and minute marker, applied gilt brass hour numbers, round gilt disc in the center with raised trefoil design, black pierced brass hands and signed ÂBlack, Starr & Frost, New YorkÂ. Quality brass, spring driven movement signed ÂKÂ over ÂEliteÂ, strikes the hour and Westminster on 5 coiled gongs, brass pendulum bob with steel stick. In a gilt bronze beehive case with low relief gothic arch, column, trefoil and filigree designs on the front and sides. In good running condition, case is in excellent condition with no breaks, dings or losses. 16 in. high x 11.75 in. wide x 8.25 in. deep.
