Gilbert “Paragon” Mantel Clock, 8 Day T & S: Has a painted metal dial, a painted and stenciled lower door with a stag, in a rosewood case with the pendulum.
(The dial is crazed.)
In rosewood with painted tin dial, original painted lower tablet with stag, brass time & strike spring driven movement with original printed paper dial on interior reading in part W.L. Gilbert Clock Co./Winsted, Conn. With additional retailers illustrated printed paper card from A.B. Reeves Bros. Dayton, Ohio, with original pendulum and key, 15 x 10.25 x 4.25.
Replaced tablet, else fine currently running. Mr. Vallee had most of his clocks in running order but Forsythes’ does not guarantee working condition on any clocks or watches.
