English Mahogany Shelf Clock. 4 in. domical porcelain dial with black Arabic hour numerals and 15 minute markers, spade hands and brass bezel with domical door glass, dial reads Tempus Fugit (Time Flies). Has a round French brass movement signed AD. Mougin, with platform lever escapement, balance wheel does not swing and spring is wound tight, strikes on a coiled gong. Mahogany half size bracket clock case with arched top, brass handle, pineapple finials, brass feet & side columns, banded marquetry inlay. Case is in good original condition with a minor seam in the front panel. 11.5 in. high x 9 in. wide x 4.5 in. deep.

English Mahogany Grandfather Clock. Large painted metal dial has a 13 in. chapter ring with black Roman hour numerals, floral painted corner spandrels and country scenic painted arch, has a sub seconds dial over a 31 date sub calendar dial and fancy pierced and engraved gilt hands; signed Robert Wigan, Colne (circa 1820-1830). Brass 8 day weight driven movement has a recoil escapement, one hour rack strike mechanism with drop hammer strike on a steel bell at the top of the movement, brass pulleys and 2 iron weights, brass covered pendulum bob with steel rod. In an English mahogany case with broken arched pediment crest having gilt brass rosettes, eagle and sphere finial, turned corner columns on the bonnet, inset & carved panels in the door and base with turned quarter corner columns. In good condition, has an overcoated finish, nice flame mahogany veneer, a few seam cracks in the veneer but clock is overall very nice. 97 in. high x 12 in. wide x 28 in. deep.

Inlaid mahogany case with brass columns, feet, acorn finials and handle on the domed top; has a brass bezel and convex glass over the 8 in. dial with black Roman hour numerals. Square brass movement has a recoil escapement and brass pendulum strikes the hour and has a progressive quarter hour strike on 2 coiled gongs. Case has a few minor age cracks and the bezel screws are stripped loose. 17 in. high x 14 in. wide x 7.5 in. deep
