English Mahogany Table Regulator. 6 in. Porcelain dial has black Roman hour numerals and Arabic 5 minute markers, blued open moon hands and brass bezel, dial signed Chauveau, Paris. Has a quality round brass spring driven movement with recoil escapement, count wheel strike mechanism, silvered bell and quality heavy brass gridiron compensating pendulum. In a fancy mahogany case with inlays and glass on 4 sides; original finish and good condition, few minor moldings missing. 23 in. high
