Circa 1880 English Unsigned 8 day Mantel Clock with 6″ Good original silvered skeleton dial slightly tarnished, Original spring driven time only fusee movement, Fancy English Victorian skeleton clock with passing strike fitted to white marble base and retains glass cover. Very good condition with only minor wear. 17″H x 13″W x 6.5″D

English Brass Spring Driven Miniature Carriage Clock. 1 in. painted metal dial with black Roman hour numerals, open moon hands and signed Taylor & Bligh, England; has a brass spring driven time only movement with platform lever escapement, in good running condition, balance swings with nice brisk motion, movement signed Made in England, 11 Jewels. In a miniature brass carriage clock case with hinged handle on top, beveled glass in the front, back, sides and top exposing the escapement; has an overall polished gilt brass finish. Good running condition, no breaks, chips or cracks to the dial or glass, case finish has some light tarnish. 4.25 in. high to the top of the handle x 2 in. wide x 1.75 in. deep.

Brass English Lantern Clock, Thwaite and Reed: The back plate is marked “Thwaite & Reed – Clerkenwell 14999” with the date of 1886. The brass dial reads “Robert Robinson – London” with engraved flowers around it.
The double fusee movement is in working order and strikes.
