English John Johnson, Grays Inn Passage Rare Ebonized Balloon Bracket Clock, Circa 1790, 7″ silvered engraved dial, 8-day, engraved fusee movement, a great early clock style originally designed in 1765 by LaRoix, quite rare & pictured in many of the books on early English clocks, finish & movement brackets & dial restored, otherwise very good condition. Height 21″.

English Double Fusee Mahogany Bracket Clock. 8 in. dia. iron dial signed ÂHandley & Moore, Clerkenwell, London has black Roman hour numerals and original fancy pierced decorated hands; brass 8 day double fusee spring driven movement has engraved rear plate, engraved brass covered pendulum bob with silvered steel stick and lockdown hardware, hour strike on a bell at the top of the movement with on chime-silent switch behind the front door. Mahogany arched top case with brass handle, fish scale pierced brass panels below the dial and on the sides and stands on claw feet. Nice condition overall, has minor veneer repairs and losses, nice clean enhanced original finish, in working condition. 16 in. high x 13 in. wide x 8 in. deep. Weight: 19 lbs.

English Double Fusee Wall Clock. 12 in. painted metal dial has black Roman hour numerals, blued spade hands, signed M. Rhodes, Bradford; quality brass double fusee movement has recoil escapement, strikes the hour on a steel bell, has brass pendulum bob with steel stick. In an English mahogany case with curved bottom and brass inlays. In good overall condition, few inlays are pulling away, movement is in good running condition; paper label inside for Riordan, Worcester Clock Makers, dial has some inpainting. 22 in. high x 14 in. wide x 7 in. deep.

English Mahogany Double Fusee Bracket Clock. 7 in. convex painted brass dial with black Roman hour numerals and pierced hands; quality brass double fusee movement has engraved decorated rear plate, short drop pendulum and verge (crown wheel) escapement, hour strike on a large steel bell. In a mahogany case with brass feet, brass door bezel, hinged handle on top and pierced brass inserts on the front and sides. 14 in. high x 11 in. wide x 7.5 in. deep.

English Triple Fusee Bracket Clock. 8 in. silvered convex dial with black incised Roman hour numerals, open moon hands, silent-chime lever and signed Edward & Sons, Glasgow. Has a quality, English brass double fusee movement, quarter hour striking mechanism with a rack of 5 coiled gongs and a large cathedral gong, quality brass pendulum bob with steel stick. In a mahogany case having an arched top with pyramidal pediment topped with a spherical brass finial and 4 brass finials on the corners; case front has turned quarter columns on the corners, inlaid borders and inlaid center panel with butterfly; has brass handles on the sides and spherical brass feet. In good condition and original finish, door glass is missing in bezel. 14 in. high x 12.5 in. wide x 9.5 in. deep.

Square mahogany case with scroll & leaf carvings on the lower corners with glass exposing the movement on the back door and sides. 5.5 in. silvered dial has black Roman numerals, spade and pointer hands and is signed Donne & Sons Cornhill, London; heavy brass fusee movement has a good chain, runs & retains power, strikes once every half hour on a single bell. Spring loaded brass button on top stops the clock. 15 in. high x 10 in. wide x 7 in. deep
