A turn of the century E. N. Welch “Drop Octagon” clock. 8 day spring driven time and strike movement with painted metal dial. Mahogany veneered case with inlaid detail, carved “Ears” and chisel bottom with mirrored lower glass. Rare “E. N. Welch Mfg. Co. Forestville, Conn, USA” paper label 80%+ intact. In running order. Older refinishing with minor wear, some dial flakes. 26 1/2″ high. ESTIMATE $150-250

A chisel bottom drop octagon formed wall clock by E. N. Welch, with a mahogany case and cross banded inlay. bout 25″ tall.

Oak drop octagon case with carved trimmings and reverse painted Regulator door glass; in good running condition and original finish. 34.5 in. high
