Black Forest Carved Pheasant and Dog Clock: In a walnut case with an 8 day T&S French movement numbered 12538 and an unmarked silvered metal dial. The carved case has 2 large pheasants and 2 baby pheasants with oak leaves and ferns. The shelf has a carved hunting dog with trees and leaves on it.
(The clock strikes but is not running at this time. The wooden ring around the dial has split. The back door looks replaced.)

Antique German carved Black Forest cuckoo clock. Having a walnut case decorated with a game motif. Applied with carved Stag’s head, Pheasant, and Rabbit decoration. The dial done with white Roman numerals. Dual pinecone weight driven time and strike movement contained within. Case measures approx. 20-1/2″H x 14″W x 9-3/4″D. Will not ship, we can refer local shippers.

Figural Carved Black Forest Mantle Clock. Black forest case is carved with a game bird at the top and a game bird to the right, a fox has a snarling look on his face looking up at the birds and his body wrapped around the left side of the case, an allover filigree forest decoration in the carving; good original finish, one bird has a chip to its beak and a few other minor carving chips. 3 in. brass dial has relief decoration with porcelain hour insets with blue Roman numerals and gilt spade hands; French round brass spring driven movement has an hour count wheel strike on a bell, movement signed Japy Freres, not running. 16.5 in. high x 12 in. wide x 5 in. deep.

Black Forest Carved Game Shelf Clock: top is a pheasant with 2 smaller birds and flowers with a fox looking up from the bottom; brass movement marked LD 1726 and paper label O.A. DOHM So. Orange N.J. Jewelers; has pendulum; not tested for running condition.

Black forest carved case has an arched form resembling the ground in the forest with hunting dogs, rabbits burrowed in their den, a figure of a man with a rifle and his dog at the top. 3 in. wood dial with brass Roman hour numerals and brass spade hands, carved bugle shaped bezel; round French brass spring 8 day movement signed ÂJapy Freres has an half hour strike on a coiled gong and is in running condition. The case has an old enhanced finish, has wormholes in the wood and a repair to the hunterÂs rifle. 16.25 in. high x 14.5 in. wide x 7.5 in. deep.
