Case having enameled champleve decoration throughout. Marked Tiffany & Co to dial. Mechanism marked Marti et Cie, Medaille D'argent, 1889. Includes key and pendulum. Measures 17" height x 11 1/2" width. Very beautiful detail!

Antique L. Marti & Cie. French Champleve gilded bronze and green onyx mantle clock having figural cherub design to corners. Beveled glass case. Movement holds Impressed L. Marti & Cie mark with A.1 in oval over MADE IN FRANCE. Numbered 680 4 – 11. 19th century. Includes pendulum and key. Measures 11 3/4″ height x 9″ width x 5 1/2″ depth (4.4cm x 22.8cm x 13.9cm).

French 3 Pc. Brass & Champleve Onyx Clock Set. Crystal regulator case has a green onyx top and base, brass & enamel champlevé trim, columns, base plate and feet, pineapple finials on the front corners, & beveled glass on 4 sides with serpentine front door and sides. Champlevé bezel around a 3.5 in. porcelain dial with black hour numbers, painted floral garland and fancy gilt pierced hands; typical round French brass 8 day spring driven movement signed with makers mark Medaille DArgent and retailer Tiffany & Co, has an half hour strike on a blued coiled gong and brass & champlevé 2 jar mercury pendulum. With 2 onyx, brass & champlevé side urns. Onyx and enamel is all in very good condition with no breaks, cracks, chips or losses, no hairlines in the dial, front door glass has a small chip in the beveled top edge, side urns have stress cracks inside the brass necks. 13 in. high x 8.5 in. wide x 6 in. deep, urns are 12 in. high.

Marti 1900 Green Onyx Mantel Clock: The bell striking movement is No. 808 and it supports a 2 tube, live mercury pendulum. The dial has visible escapement. The onyx case has an applied bronze or brass plate below the dial. There is a scene of 5 young cherubs at play.
With half hour and hour strike, the clock is running and striking at this time.
(The heavy beveled glass window for the front has a chip on the upper right edge of the glass. The left front corner of the case is missing a large chip.)
