(Painted lower plate has a bit of loss. Upper plate held in with twisted yarn rope. ID No. stamped into base in front of the door and small veneer chips at the base.)

Mid 19th century stained Rosewood case beehive shelf clock by Ansonia Clock Co., Ansonia, CT. Having a hand-painted circular Tin dial with Roman numerals. Held behind a double glass pane door, having eglomise eagle decortion to lower half. Fit with Time and Strike movement. Pendulum is present. Case measures approx. 18-3/4″H x 11-5/8″W x 4-1/2″D.
