3 Pc. French Bronze Figural Clock Set with time and strike movement numbered 77 over 1342 and a 3 7/8″ porcelain dial marked “Henry”. There is a label on the glass back door, “Manufacture Françoise De Verres De Montres”. The clock and 3 arm candelabras are decorated with cherubs, Bacchus and torches.
(The pendulum is missing and the names on the dial are worn.)

Large bronze figure of a woman, Pandora, seated on a plinth with lionÂs head on the side, she wears a loose dress and an open box lays beside her; on a dark brown polished marble base with bronze mounts and feet, unsigned. 5.5 in. black marble dial with gilt incised Roman hour numerals, gilt brass center and brass hands; large round French brass 8 day spring driven movement signed ÂS. Marti & CieÂ, has an half hour strike on a bell, in running condition, has key and pendulum, case is in excellent condition, missing rear door. 25.5 in. high x 18 in. wide x 9 in. deep. Bronze case with a gilt finish, figure of a French soldier on horseback on the top, he is leaning over the left side of the horse shooting his pistol, the horse runs over broken artillery equipment including a helmet, cannon & cannon balls with weapons, helmets and filigree mounted on the case front. 3.5 in. porcelain dial with black hour numbers and brass beaded bezel; round French brass 8 day spring driven silk thread movement signed ÂJapy FreresÂ, has an half hour strike on a bell, silk thread style pendulum. Dial has some imperfections, missing minute hand, on an ebonized wood base missing dome. 17.5 in. high x 16 in. wide x 5 in. deep.

A 19th century French Bronze figural clock with glass dome. 8-day time and strike movement with silk thread suspension and metal dial. Original three color patina with some wear, lacks pendulum bob. Not running when cataloged. 15″ high, 18 1/2″ overall.

3 Pc. French Figural Bronze Clock Set. 3.5 in. black painted metal dial with black incised Roman hour numerals, gold spade hands and beaded door bezel; typical round brass spring driven 8 day French movement is signed Japy Freres, has an half hour bell strike. Bronze case has a figural sculpture on top with seated figure of a woman playing a harp with sheet music in her hand and a young child standing beside her, the base has a splayed form with figural maidens heads on either side of the dial. With a matching pair of bronze side urns having double loop handles and relief decorated putti and maiden design wrapped around the bowl. In good overall condition with no breaks or repairs, urns are missing covers, 13 in. high. Clock measures 21 in. high x 14 in. wide x 6 in. deep.
